Kalogeropoulos Conservatoire
Founded in September 2016 and recognised by the Ministry of Culture
Τhe Kalogeropoulos Conservatoire brings together a distinguished teaching faculty, excellent facilities and rich resources in service of a single ambition: to become an indispensable part of the cultural life of Corinthia, offering high-level music education to the region’s young people.
Its study programmes span a wide range of instruments and musical genres. Through modernised curricula and an outstanding teaching staff, the Conservatoire aims to establish itself as a centre of excellence and a point of reference for music education across regional Greece.
Fondation Kaloy aims to:
- Serve as an exemplary cultural centre offering artistic education of the highest standard.
- Establish the Corinthia Symphony Orchestra- an ensemble destined to become a significant cultural asset for regional Greece.
- Develop further musical ensembles, including a wind orchestra, a children's choir, and a woodwind and brass quintet.
- Promote the philosophical and literary legacy of Nikolaos Kalogeropoulos.
- Attract Greece's most distinguished musicians and artists to its teaching faculty.
- Offer high-quality performances and cultural events to the audiences of Corinthia.
- Organise prestigious concerts, festivals and related activities on an ongoing basis.
- Advance the sciences, philosophy and the performing arts through seminars, lectures, conferences and symposia.
- Engage creatively with cultural organisations and artists from the international scene.
- Support the publication of books and writings related to the work of the Foundation's founder.
