Theatre Workshop & Introduction to Music

This programme combines theatrical play and an introduction to music through the use of percussion instruments-  including metallophone, tambourine, maracas and others-  brought to life through the performance of musical fairy tales. The method introduces children to musical notes and instruments, developing their sense of rhythm and musical movement. It also nurtures a spirit of communication, collaboration and creative expression.

The workshop is led by Maria Marinou, music educator and graduate of the National Conservatoire of Greece.

The photograph is from the Examilia Library.
