On the occasion of the 84th anniversary of the birth of Stefanos Miller (22 June 1942 – 22 June 2026), Fondation Kaloy organises a memorial event dedicated to the man whose name became synonymous with cultural contribution, scholarly research, and a profound love of Greece.

The event, entitled ‘Words of Friendship… for Our Beloved Stefanos Miller’, is conceived as a gathering of friends, collaborators, and all those who knew him and walked alongside him. Through personal testimonies, recollections, and memories, the many facets of his character, his work, and the precious legacy he left behind will be brought to life.

The evening is dedicated to the memory of a man who earned the respect and affection of all who worked with him, and whose contribution to the promotion of the country’s cultural heritage remains a point of reference. In an atmosphere of warmth and companionship, participants will share stories and experiences, honouring a memory and a presence that continues to inspire.

We look forward to welcoming you to celebrate his birthday with us. At the close of the event, a glass of Agiorgitiko wine – his favourite – will be offered as a simple and human gesture of remembrance.
