At the presentation of D. Chasapis’s book, “Women Mathematicians on the Margins of History,” held in the welcoming and elegant space of the Kalogeropouleio Foundation for Arts and Culture in Corinth. And indeed, it was yet another interesting and beautiful event, where history, science, and culture came together. After all, we lucky Corinthians have become rather spoiled by the wide-ranging, interesting events of this award-winning Foundation. The garden in full bloom at this time of year, along with the most gracious and generous President and hostess, Mrs. Maria Christara, contributed enormously to bringing a Saturday evening – one out of the ordinary – to such a lovely close!
