Fondation Kaloy, true to its vision of promoting culture and musical education, launches its artistic series
“March Brings the Spring, and We Bring Its Music”
with a top-level international partnership.
On Sunday, 22 March 2026, the iconic Mozarteum University of Salzburg “travels” to Corinth.
The “Strings in Motion” String Quartet will be in our city for a day dedicated to fine art and education.
A bridge of culture and knowledge.
The visit by the Mozarteum soloists has a dual character.
Educational Workshop: The musicians will lead a music workshop for string students of the Kalogeropoulos Conservatory of all levels, offering them a valuable experience.
Concert: At 19:00, the “Strings in Motion” Quartet will perform works by Joseph Haydn, Nikos Skalkottas, and Antonín Dvořák, offering the audience a musical experience of the calibre heard in Europe’s great concert halls.
The event is held under the auspices of the Austrian Embassy in Athens, with the support of the Kapa Stiftung and the Region of Peloponnese.
The significance of this collaboration, which was set in motion through the valuable contribution of Professor Christos Kanettis, is of major importance.
