The Music Workshop held with the secondary schools (gymnasiums and lyceums) of the Municipality of Xylokastro-Evrostini was a resounding success.

The children of Western Corinthia were fortunate to have the opportunity to meet distinguished musicians, watch them perform works by great composers, observe their rehearsal process, and see how they collaborate with one another. With humour and care, these gifted musicians explained details from the scores as well as anecdotes from the lives of the composers. The silence that prevailed in the hall spoke volumes: the artists had captivated the children entirely, as was evident from the applause that followed.
