Ladies and gentlemen, dear guests,
I should like to begin by thanking the Fondation Kaloy for the invitation to the opening of the 3rd MusiKaloy Festival – an event held for the third consecutive year and now firmly established as a broader classical music institution, not only for Corinthia but for Greece as a whole.
With music at its heart and the participation of acclaimed artists from Greece and abroad, the MusiKaloy Festival combines entertainment with artistic education, offering audiences a high-calibre musical experience, held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and the Region of the Peloponnese.
Although I regret that I was unable to be with you in person today, I wish to extend my warmest congratulations to the Kalogeropouleio Foundation – both for organising the Festival and for its broader work – and of course to all the artists and musicians who give shape to such an important initiative.
With every wish for its continued success!
Christos Dimas Deputy Minister of Culture | Member of Parliament for Corinthia
